Service and operator
Your Expert Consultant is operated by Lucky Immigrants. The CRM provides tools for authorised businesses, administrators and consultants to manage WhatsApp conversations, customer records, documents and automated replies.
These terms describe use of the website and CRM. A separate written service agreement, where one exists, continues to govern the matters it covers. Contact us before using the service if you need clarification.
Accounts and authorisation
Use an account only if you are authorised to act for the relevant business. Provide accurate account information, protect your login credentials and keep access limited to authorised staff. Report suspected unauthorised access promptly to info@yourexpertconsultant.com.
Connect only WhatsApp accounts, phone numbers and other services you are authorised to manage. You are responsible for the content you supply and the instructions you give through your account.
Responsible use
Use the service in accordance with applicable law and the rules of connected providers. Obtain the necessary permissions for customer communications, uploaded documents and any voice samples or voice imitation you use.
- Do not use the CRM for spam, fraud, impersonation, harassment or unlawful collection or disclosure of personal information.
- Do not attempt to access another business’s records, bypass access controls or disrupt the service.
- Provide appropriate information to your customers about how their information is used, including automated processing, and handle requests concerning their records.
Content and automated replies
You retain your rights in content you provide. You authorise Lucky Immigrants and the service providers involved in operating the CRM to process that content for providing and supporting the requested service, as described in our Privacy Policy.
Automated text, document recognition, transcripts and generated speech can be inaccurate. Review important information and outgoing communications. The software does not itself guarantee the accuracy of immigration guidance, a visa decision, an employment outcome or any other professional result. Obtain appropriate professional advice for decisions that require it.
Connected services and availability
WhatsApp / Meta, hosting providers, OpenAI and ElevenLabs are separate services with their own terms, availability and usage limits. Features depend on the connections available to the account. A configuration or verification submission does not guarantee provider approval or access to a feature.
Guided customer signup and real-time calling are under development. Availability of those features must be confirmed before relying on them. Interruptions can occur because of maintenance, technical problems or provider changes.
Any subscription, setup fee or separately billed provider usage must be addressed in the applicable agreement or provider account. This page does not introduce a new price or change an existing payment agreement.
Ending access and handling records
Contact us to request closure of an account or disconnection of a service. We may restrict access where necessary to address unauthorised use, misuse or a provider requirement.
Closing access or disconnecting WhatsApp does not by itself remove all stored information. Follow our data deletion instructions to request removal of records. Existing obligations and any rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law remain unaffected.
