Send a deletion request
Email info@yourexpertconsultant.com with the subject YEC data deletion request.
- Give your name and a contact email. If you have a CRM account, use its login email where possible.
- For WhatsApp records, provide your own WhatsApp number with country code and the business name and receiving WhatsApp number you contacted. This helps us identify the correct workspace.
- Explain what you want deleted: for example, a CRM account, WhatsApp connection information, a conversation, uploaded documents, or all information associated with you in that workspace. Include approximate dates if helpful.
- If acting for a business or another person, explain your authority to make the request. We may ask you to verify it.
Ready to request deletion?
The button opens your email app. You still need to complete and send the email.
Do not include passwords, Meta access tokens, app secrets, API keys, passport scans or other identity documents in your initial email.
How we handle your request
Requests are reviewed manually. We may ask for information needed to verify your identity, your authority and the receiving business. Where a business controls the customer records, we coordinate with it as appropriate.
We identify the relevant account or connection details, messages, attachments, lead records and associated logs or backups. We then delete information as required, or explain any information that must be retained and why. We will respond without undue delay and within the time required by applicable law. You can follow up using the same email thread.
Opening this page, clicking the email button or removing an app from Facebook does not itself confirm that deletion has been completed.
Disconnecting Meta and WhatsApp
If you authorised Your Expert Consultant through Facebook, you can remove its access in your Facebook or Meta business integration settings, where available. You can also ask us to disconnect the CRM connection. Disconnecting access is separate from deleting records already held in the CRM.
A deletion request to Lucky Immigrants concerns records under our control. Copies in your WhatsApp app, the other participant’s device, records separately retained by a receiving business and data independently held by Meta or other providers may require a request to those parties.
